The operator of napspan.com is established outside the European Economic Area. This Imprint is published voluntarily, in keeping with European good-practice transparency expectations, and to satisfy the contact-point requirements of Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
Because the operator is established outside the EEA but offers paid services to data subjects in the EEA, an EU representative is required under Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The designation is published here once finalized:
Until the designation is published, EEA data subjects and supervisory authorities may direct all GDPR enquiries to [email protected]; we will respond within the GDPR Article 12 deadline (one month, extendable by two further months for complex cases).
For the purposes of Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the single electronic point of contact for direct communication with member-state authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is:
For the purposes of Article 12, the same address is the contact point for recipients of the Service.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was repealed effective 20 July 2025 and is no longer available; we therefore do not provide a link to it.
We are not legally obliged to participate in, and do not currently participate in, any consumer alternative-dispute-resolution scheme. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence, in accordance with Articles 17–19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

The Service is not a substitute for independent verification when used in safety-critical contexts.
Where this website contains links to external third-party websites, we have no influence over their contents. The respective providers or operators of those sites are always responsible for their contents. At the time of linking, the linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements. We will remove such links immediately upon becoming aware of any infringements.
The content and works on this website created by the operator are subject to the copyright laws of Ukraine, the EU, and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, processing, distribution, and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the operator. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use only.
Where content on this site has not been created by the operator (in particular upstream public-sector data feeds, OpenStreetMap-derived geometry, or third-party brand marks), the copyright and licence terms of the respective rights holders apply. We endeavour to mark such content as such; if you become aware of an infringement, please notify us and we will remove the affected content immediately.
"NAPSPAN" and the NAPSPAN logo are trade marks of the operator. All other product, company, and service names used on this site may be the trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.
NAPSPAN is the European sibling deployment of road511.com, which provides the same Service for North-American 511 systems. The two deployments share architecture and operator identity but operate independently and under separate legal documents.
